Our process
- Initial meeting - We will discuss your business, goals, and functionality of your website.
- Additional services - Do you need a logo design, photos of staff, tours of your place of business, photos of your products, or a video from the CEO? We can provide all of these services at additional costs.
- Quote - We will customize a quote especially for you based on the functions, type, and plug- ins needed to adequately design your site. This is presented as a price per page rather than a cost per hour with quotes for additional services.
- Contract - Once the price and scope of the project is agreed upon, a contract will be submitted for review / signature. Half of the project is due in an upfront deposit and the remaining balance is due upon completion.
- Revisions and additions - After a site is published online, any revisions would incur additional costs.
- Timeline - Completed projects are based on complexity but are usually done in weeks to a few months. Timeline is also based on how quickly your company can send photos, logos, copy, etc. when requested by a member of our team.
